Problem: Faculty have been highly successful in grant driven research, but have limited aptitude or interest in converting research to commercially viable endeavors.

Solution: Partnered with VPs of Research to develop programs to drive cultural change, vet research for the top opportunities, and mentor faculty in their role to move these into the market.


Launched new product line for regional wholesale bakery.


Problem: Regional wholesale bakery sought to bring additional products to market to drive increased sales to existing customers and open new markets.

Solution: Developed and launched a line extension that built off bakery's existing capabilities. Project included product development, assessment of capital investment required, process development and implementation, and business development with potential customers. Product line was launched and has significant market penetration in bakery's target markets.
